"Hawaiian" (White Chocolate, Macadamia Nut, & Coconut) Cheese Cake Recipe This recipe is an improvisation of other recipes in the "Ultimate Philly Cream Cheese Cheesecakes" book from Kraft. Prep time: 10 min. Cooking time: 40 min. Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup white chocolate morsels, divided 1 9 inch grahan cracker pie crust 1/2 cup macadamia nut halfs or pieces, divided 1/2 cup flake sweetened coconut 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs. Mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 of the white chocolate morsels, 1/2 the nuts, and all the coconut. 3. Pour into crust. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 nuts and 1/2 white chocolate morsels. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 8 - 12 servings, depending on how small you slice it!
