Strawberry Pie

Crust:

    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup Mazola oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons milk

Mix all together in pie plate, then press dough with tips of fingers to
bottom and sides of pie plate.	Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.


Filling:

    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons corn starch
    1 cup water
    3 tablespoons of strawberry Jello
    (1 quart cleaned strawberries)

Bring sugar, corn starch, and water to a boil until thick.
Take off stove, add Jello, stir, then add strawberries.
Pour into cool pie crust.  Refrigerate for a couple of hours (until set).
